Disable 2FA (Service)

On this page, you'll find instructions to disable 2FA (2-Step Authentication) for each platform – so we can access your account and complete your boost service if it's currently enabled.

🟢 Xbox / Microsoft Account

• Check your Microsoft security settings

• Turn off:

  • Authenticator App (e.g. Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator)

  • SMS codes

🔵 PlayStation (PSN)

• Log into your PlayStation account at https://www.playstation.com/

• Go to Account Settings → Security

• Turn off:

  • 2-Step Verification via App or SMS

🔴 Steam

If you have Steam Guard enabled, disable it:

• Open Steam client

• Go to Settings → Account → Manage Steam Guard

• Disable Mobile Authenticator & Email confirmation

🟡 Microsoft Store (Windows Account)

• Same as Xbox – it's the same Microsoft login!

• Go to: https://account.microsoft.com/security

• Disable:

  • Authenticator Apps

  • Email/SMS verifications

🚫 Still using Google Authenticator?

If your login requires a code from any app (like Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator), you must remove this requirement before we can process your service.

✅ Once disabled:

Choose “Yes” to confirm 2FA is off. If you leave it enabled, your order will be delayed.

You can re-enable 2FA (Two-Step Authentication) as soon as you receive our “Order Done” SMS. At that point, you can log in, review everything, and reach out to our Discord support if you have any questions.
