How it works?
We know everyone wants their questions or problems resolved as quickly as possible. Join our Discord, open a ticket, click "Create Ticket," and we'll respond in less than 5 minutes if we're online (not sleeping). Our time zone is GMT +2 Germany, and there's usually always someone online.

Simply create a Discord account. To do so, go to https://discord.com after clicking the Discord link below. Then accept the invitation and open a ticket (see image below).
If you are unable to do so, click "Email Support" at the bottom of the page.
