Console Setup (Outlook)
Bought an account? We will show you how to log in using the Outlook login you received from us.
If you received a Pohamail email instead, click here for the Pohamail setup. Make sure to double-check the login details we sent you – this will show you whether you received a Pohamail.com or Outlook.com account.
1. Find Your Login Details:
Check your email (Details inside)
2. Unlock Your Account:
Go to https://outlook.com and sign-in.
Enter the email details of what you received from us.
Enter the password you received from us.
Click “Continue” to unlock your account.
Add your phone number and click on submit.
Now your account is unlocked, click on continue.
Add backup email (Important – Follow these steps)
Your account is now ready to use.
3. Login In To Your Account:
Go to Xbox and press Add or Switch.
Click “Add new user or account”.
Enter your login email and password from us.
Check if you have Xbox Game Pass?
If you have Xbox Game Pass on your main account, that's perfect because you only need it once, and Game Pass also works for new accounts you create. Including our new account.
Only proceed if you have purchased Game Pass (you save $70 on the full Forza game).
Disable Xbox Cloud Save Before Launching FH5
If you're using one of our premium accounts, it's very important to disable Cloud Save before launching Forza Horizon 5 for the first time.
❗ Why You Should Disable Cloud Save
Xbox and Microsoft automatically sync game progress via the cloud. If you launch FH5 without disabling this, the game might:
❌ Sync an empty or wrong save
❌ Reset your modded data (credits, wheelspins, unlocks)
❌ Trigger a profile error or even a ban
Disabling cloud saves avoids overwriting your new modded setup.
✅ When Exactly Should I Do This?
You should disable Cloud Save right after logging into your new Xbox/Microsoft account, but before launching the game for the first time.
Do NOT press “Play” yet!
First disable cloud sync (takes 30 seconds)
🛠️ How to Disable Cloud Save
On Xbox Console
Open Settings
Go to System > Storage
Choose your storage device
Disable "Cloud Saved Games"
🧠 Do I Need to Do This for My Old Account?
No – only for the new modded account. As soon as you’re logged into the new Microsoft account, disable Cloud Save before opening the game.
🔁 Can I Turn Cloud Sync Back On Later?
Yes, but we recommend keeping it
Search for Forza 5 Standard Edition.
Install it and then press “Play”.
Synchronize date (may take 2-3 minutes)
Check out your pre-created account.
